Opportunities during a phase of change and improvement
Cornwall Housing manages and maintains around 10,200 council homes across Cornwall on behalf of Cornwall Council. We have been through a significant period of change and improvement, and we have made real progress. Our focus now is on building on those foundations: moving from improvement to excellence and delivering consistently good services for our residents.
We are recruiting a Head of Repairs & Maintenance and a Commercial Manager at an important point in that journey. These are not roles for people who simply want to maintain the status quo. Both offer the opportunity to shape services, strengthen performance and help ensure that investment in our homes and new delivery arrangements translate into better outcomes for residents.
We are looking for people with the expertise to do their jobs well, but just as importantly, the judgement, curiosity and interpersonal skills to make change happen. People who listen, build relationships, spot what could work better and have the drive to do something about it.
