Featured Role
Independent Non-Executive Directors at Cornwall Housing
Location: Cornwall / South West (Board meetings held in Bodmin, hybrid options available) some remote working
Renumeration: £5,000 per annum (£2,000 additional for committee chairs)
Time commitment: Approximately 1.5–2 days per month
Cornwall Housing Ltd (CHL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Cornwall Council, responsible for managing over 10,200 council homes, 400 leasehold properties, and additional assets including garages, shops, and land.
Our organisation is undergoing a period of transformation to improve services, enhance governance, and ensure we meet the evolving needs of our tenants and stakeholders.
As we continue to embed best practices and drive meaningful change, we are seeking two Independent Non-Executive Directors (NEDs) to join our Board in 2025. These individuals will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of social housing in Cornwall and ensuring our organisation remains accountable, forward-thinking, and resident-focused.
