We have been through a significant period of change and improvement, and we have made real progress. Our focus now is on building on those foundations: moving from improvement to excellence and delivering consistently good services for our residents.<\/p>\n<p>We are recruiting a <strong>Head of Repairs &amp; Maintenance<\/strong> and a <strong>Commercial Manager<\/strong> at an important point in that journey. These are not roles for people who simply want to maintain the status quo.
